In the classic “Crossroad Blues” Robert Johnson was sharing a very personal thing: he went to mouth of Hell, prayed for salvation, then gave up everything to play the blues.
His public career started when he joined the seminal Bay Area rap ensemble (u.a., “original area,” n.p.). He started as a tour dancer but then started rapping live (u.a., “original area,” n.p.). From there he released a couple albums and then was offered to be in some movies. He became friends with a couple of popular rap artists like Snoop Doggy Dogg and Dr. Dre (Placid n.p.). He made some behind the voices and music videos with them that made it big on the Billboard charts. This really helped his popularity. He released a double CD with the songs on it and a lot of his own songs and sold millions of copies (u.a., n.t., n.p. letter code D) More people were influenced to buy his CD. People listened to the music and did what he said he did. So Tupac was influencing all of these people.
Depending on how the days fall each year, either the day before or after the night of the water run is the celebration of the parade. A night long party which starts around 6pm and goes through to 11pm. The participants work all year to prepare themselves and their floats for the carnival parade. Each float has its own theme, music and costumes.
Step3: Do it: This is easier said than done. If your child could have, they would have. So, it is time to change the way you both approach homework. Look at what helps your child learn– music in the background, sitting on the floor, writing on the computer (remember there are different fonts and colors), chewing gum, or sitting at a desk to name a few. It’s not enough that “Always” is a great song to listen to, but Blink 182 creates one of the most original music videos that I’ve ever seen. If anyone has viewed a similar video where the screen is cut into multiple sections playing the same scene please let me know. I’m sure that one’s great too.

Following a concert at New York’s Town Hall last weekend, the artist graciously took the time to answer some questions.
Everything Pixies comes together in a perfect blend in this song. Deals simple yet effective bass lines, the obscure lyrics. The mix of Blacks screaming manic voice and a subtle female voice in support. Searing guitar solos. It is all here. Chaotic but still with a weird catching melody it is the perfect Pixies song.
