There are particular moments in life that when you wish you could depend on anybody’s self improvement advice. But even if they gave it to you with the best intentions, in case anything goes wrong, you are always going to blame those persons.
If you are too tense, people will not want to be in your company. You will find yourself alone on a Saturday night watching reruns. We tend to feed off other people’s chi which is the natural energy that saturates all things on this universe, even human beings. One of the ways we can produce positive chi is by breathing deeply. Begin by sitting or standing in a relaxed position and breath deeply through your nose while sucking in your abs. Next, let the air out your nose while counting to 8 and repeat several times. You should feel an instant relief of tension.
There are many factors that can influence to your ability to breathe properly. Environmental concerns such as excessive heat, high humidity, and pollution are obviously harmful for easy breathing. Smoking and breathing in second hand smoke severely compromises efficient breathing. Illness and emotions also strongly influence our breath.
There are other techniques, but the three outlined above are the best and the most popular ones to use. Again, remember to choose the ones that make you feel really good. Definitely try meditation for manifestation, it works for everyone.
Number Eight: Don’t exercise right before bed. This will raise your adrenalin and give you energy. Energy is the last thing you want when trying to sleep. Number Seven: Don’t eat after 8:00 pm. The solutions are within us, we need to bring them into being. Take a pen and paper and make a list of answers of the following 12 empowering questions which will help you to turn around your current circumstances.
The Ace of Clubs relates to a primary way of acting in the world, of waving your magic wand. It is helpful in this case to recall an incident or event when you felt powerful. Examples could be that you feel powerful when you are able to help someone else in their time of need. Or perhaps you feel powerful when you are performing a creative act using a specific tool, be it a computer, paintbrush, or knitting needle. Everybody has their own personal Ace of Clubs in the hole that they can rely on.
