Recently I took ten days off and went to Las Vegas! This was my sixth trip there in the last three years In the last 6 visits I think I have found out some great places to eat gamble and sleep- So I am posting this as my official Las Vegas Review.
Apply Pressure – raise preflop with any hand that has an Ace or King. If the flop hits you, there is a large pot to be won and you will carry more than likely the winning hand. If the flop doesn’t hit you, you are still in position to pick up the pot with a continuation bet representing a monster hand.
The dealer’s hand is only valid when it has a queen or better card. When the dealer has a queen drawn, he compares the cards to those who have not folded and decides which hand is better. If the dealer has no queen, the players who have not folded automatically win. In 3 card poker, a straight flush is the best hand, next is the three-of-a-kind, then the straight, followed by a flush, a pair and lastly the high card hand.
Note that poker is seen as gambling in many countries, and as such, playing for real money can be illegal. In the US, it’s illegal for online gambling sites to transact with financial institutions, and as such most of the popular online poker sites are off shore. Still, many people play there, and can win or lose large sums of money.
